As a kid, I remember visiting the garage that Cecil and his dad ran behind the old Royal Dairy. He was a nice guy back then and still a gentleman years later. Friends will miss you very much but I know that God has you feeling better and you are rejoined with your dad. I shall miss you and your stories.

Oh my, I miss you. Coming up to garage so I could fix my car. It was always a pleasure to see all the smiles as I entered. There wasn't a mean bone in Cecil yet the Lord wanted him home. oh how you will be missed. many blessings go out to family and friends

Words cannot express my sadness for the loss of Cecil. He was a kind, caring, generous man who I had the privilege of knowing. Always positive and cheerful, he was willing to go out of his way to help others. I'm thankful for the time I got to spend with him. My heart is heavy as I pray that God cradles you in his arms and brings you peace at this difficult time.
